Charles Saxe Vice President, Engineering Chuck Saxe is the Vice President of Engineering at Avnera Corporation. Chuck has worked in the development of integrated circuits for 30 years and has developed more than 200 ICs.
Prior to joining Avnera, Chuck worked at Tektronix for over two decades. For 17 years, he managed an IC design group that developed about 25 custom IC’s per year. Chuck was also a Senior Fellow at Tektronix. In 2001, he joined Network Elements Inc. and became Director of Silicon Integration.
Chuck is a recipient of the Tektronix Howard Vollum award for engineering excellence. Chuck holds 13 U.S. patents, individually and jointly, for technologies used in digital oscilloscopes to acquire or process high-speed signals. Chuck received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and his master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978. |
