Avnera is a privately held company founded in June 2004 and based in Beaverton, Oregon. It has pioneered a new semiconductor technology enabling breakthrough products for wireless audio and voice applications.

The first products introduced under the AvneraAudio umbrella of technologies target wireless audio applications and deliver several benefits including:

AudioMagic ICs target wireless audio applications and combine all of the components needed for a wireless audio product onto a single chip, cutting the system cost drastically while improving performance and time-to-market. While a typical wireless stereo headphone today requires eight chips and 131 passive components, an AudioMagic-based solution requires only two chips and 65 passive components.
